This is a part of the year-long celebration of the 50th anniversary of Intelligent Compaction (IC) technologies. The boundaries between disciplines and sectors are gradually being broken\, and the understanding that fundamental principles transcend professional divisions is becoming widely recognized. As essential infrastructure for human society\, infrastructure systems are becoming increasingly integrated with intelligent technologies. To promote the development of intelligent infrastructure technologies and to enhance interdisciplinary and cross-industry integration\, communication\, and collaboration\, the International Society for Intelligent Construction (ISIC) has successfully conducted four International Society for Intelligent Construction Conferences in the United States\, China\, and Europe. This upcoming one is the fifth ISIC international conference (ISIC 2026).  \n1. Conference Dates\nSeptember 12th to 14th\, 2026 \n2. Conference Theme and Presentations\nThe theme of this conference (ISIC 2026) is ‘Interdisciplinary and Integration’. Focusing on the automation of infrastructure construction as its main thread\, the conference aims to share and exchange the latest developments and future research directions in intelligent infrastructure construction and education across different countries.
