On behalf of the International Society for Intelligent Construction (ISIC) committees, I’d like to wish you great holidays!
We have a great plan for 2024 and on. The following are some examples:
- ISIC 2024: Our next international conference will be held from September 10th to 12th, 2024, in Orlando, FL, USA. Please mark your calendar and check out the conference website regarding the venue, registration, sponsorship, exhibits, hotel reservation, etc. (https://is-ic.org/conferences/2024-isic-international-conference/). For the ISIC 2024 authors, the full-paper submission will be due on November 30th, 2023. Once we have the draft technical program, we’ll engage the Steering Committee and Technical Committee members for comments.
- ISIC-FHWA meeting at TRB: As always, we’ll meet at TRB with FHWA and ISIC members and friends on January 9th, 2024, to discuss the latest and greatest topics. - ISIC publications, webinars, etc.: We’ve been busy writing books to educate the current and future intelligent construction workforce. The first book of the ICT book series was published in late 2022, and the remaining 6 books are expected to be published at the end of 2024, hopefully. See more details on our website (https://is-ic.org/library/isic-journal-and-publication/). We’ll also conduct webinars, esp. for those who may not be able to travel to ISIC conferences.
