The goals of the ISIC Sub-committee 7- Material Delivery Management Systems (MDMS) are:
Promotion, development, and implementation of Material Delivery Management Systems (MDMS) for highway construction with the materials including asphalt, concrete, and aggregate, etc. to integrate with other ICT to realize the Digital Twins of the physical highway systems.

ISIC Sub-committee 7 merges with the MDMS Expert Task Group (ETG), previously led by Rebecca Embacher of MnDOT, to facilitate the implementation of AASHTO MDMS standard: MDM-1-UL “Standard Specification for Material Delivery Management System” under Committee on Data Management and Analytics.

ISIC ISIC Sub-committee 7 is led by Rebecca Embacher of MnDOT, Jim Preston of TOPCON, Laikram Narsingh of Wirtgen/Vogele, and Todd Mansell of Caterpillar. 

Non-Collusion Statement: The purpose of this Sub-committee is to promote the collaboration between federal and state agencies, vendors, manufacturers, consultants, and contractors, to advance technology and working knowledge of Intelligent Construction Technologies. In adherence to the Sherman Antitrust Act and applicable Federal and State laws, all persons present acknowledge and agree that they will not be a party to any collusion in restraint of freedom of competition. Topics including, but not limited to, bid submissions, geographical area of business, customer list, or pricing, will not be discussed in any capacity at this meeting, or in any subsequent meetings.
