The ISIC’s president, Dr. George K. Chang of Transtec Group, will present at the Second ASPARi Paving Equipment Industry Meeting organized by ASPARi Equipment Manufacturers Commission (Asphalt Paving Research and innovation) at the Universiteit Twente (UT), Nederland. The presentation title is “Intelligent Construction Technologies – Setting a Standard by the Department of Transportations (US, DOT)”. The time will be on Thursday, February 10, from 8:30 AM- 10:30 AM Central European Standard Time.

- How is this standard established?
- How do contractors and equipment-manufactures play a role in the standard?
